Their range of ‘Lifestyle lifetime mortgages’ are backed by Scottish Widows giving homeowners the option to withdraw the money in one go or as an when they need it.
LV= equity release also gives customers the option to preserve a percentage of the property value as an inheritance, make optional repayments and have no early repayment charges after 8 years.
Are you eligible for an LV lifetime mortgage scheme?
To be eligible for a lifetime mortgage using the LV equity release service you need to be a home owner, aged 55 or older with a property worth at least £70,000. An LV equity release adviser will talk through your requirements and advise if equity release is a good idea for you.
Their initial advice is free and you only pay for their services if you decide to go ahead.
